How do I create my first memorial?

Our pricing varies by product: • Digital QR Memorial: $99 • Physical QR Memorial: $199 • Physical QR (No Memorial): $79 All prices include lifetime hosting and support.
How long does shipping take?
Physical products typically ship within 3-5 business days after your memorial is published and confirmed. We'll provide tracking information once your order ships.
Memorial Management
Can I edit my memorial after publishing?
Yes! You can edit your memorial at any time. Simply log into your dashboard and click "Edit Memorial" on the memorial you want to modify. Changes are saved automatically.
How do I invite contributors?
After creating your memorial, you'll see an "Invite Contributors" button in your dashboard. Click it to generate a unique link that you can share with family and friends. They can use this link to add photos, stories, and memories.
Can I change the theme of my memorial?
Absolutely! You can choose from multiple beautiful themes including Modern Elegance, Classic, and Timeline views. You can change themes at any time from the edit page.
How do I delete a memorial?
To delete a memorial, go to your dashboard, find the memorial you want to remove, and click the "Delete" button. Please note that this action cannot be undone.
Technical Support
What file types can I upload?
We support most common image and video formats: • Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP • Videos: MP4, MOV, AVI, WebM Maximum file size is 50MB per file.
How do I access my QR code?
Once your memorial is published, you'll find the QR code in your dashboard. You can download it as an image file or we'll include it with your physical plaque if you ordered one.
Is my memorial private?
By default, memorials are public and can be accessed by anyone with the link. However, you control who can contribute by managing the contributor invitations.
How long will my memorial be available?
Your memorial will be available forever. We provide lifetime hosting and support for all memorials created through {brandName}.
